Easy to purchase. Test delivered 30 days before arrival to our hotel doorway (not even reception!) - way too soon and was lost, of course. Company wasn't interested in fixing the problem at all. Waste of money!

I found that this company was absolutely dreadful, was unable to contact by telephone and did not answer emails. Would not recommend anyone to use.

I am still waiting for my test result that was sent back on Wednesday last week (it is now Wednesday a week later). I have had no response to any of the e.mails I have sent regarding update...there is no number to call. Why are they recommended on the Government website? I am going to see if I can get my money back as it is pointless

Useless. When attempting to upload your test package number onto their website, the page goes blank. I am unsure about the validity of this company bit they're making 118 quid off each test ordered. Do not use them
