What a fantastic service at Basil, 'spread the cycling joy' rightly so! We purchased the blue plastic dog basket on the back at the time. Everyone asks how you like it, fantastic. But we were so stupid to leave it on the bike on the bike carrier while driving to the cycle route. The pillow was gone when we arrived. Fortunately I had a thick blanket in the car otherwise our dog would have been very annoying. Sent an email and to our surprise a new one was sent free of charge, warranty was said. See, that's what I call really top service. Thank you so much and Bibi is even happier.
