I don't ever write reviews. If you provide what you advertise I consider it normal and as expected. Bivolino, however, went beyond the expected. My situation during my initial order is different than most. I am stationed in Iraq and due to depart for R&R soon when I decided I wanted to spend my vacation in Italy instead of going home (my brother lives there). I did not bring clothing for such a trip so I looked at ordering some shirts and having them shipped to my brother. I planned on taking my chances on the fit (although knowing my exact size helped). Bivolino was insistent I tried my first shirt before receiving the others. As it turns out, DHL does deliver to our base. Bivolino sent the first shirt via DHL and I received it within a week. The fit was perfect. The cuff's just as I needed them with a thicker wrist + dive watch. The slim fit tapered just right for my body. All the buttons were well placed with quality stitching throughout. The communication with customer service (all via email for me) was perfect. They were extremely helpful and a joy to deal with. I am due to depart in a couple of weeks and after this beginning I expect them to perform flawlessly again. I will send another review later once I receive them in Italy. If there are no issues (and I'm not expecting any), Bivolino has a permanent new customer.

Being 2 meters tall and having arms like a gorilla is a nightmare when it comes to buying a shirt that fits properly. Since I discovered Bivolino this is no longer an issue. I get a quality product that is made to measure and fits perfectly in every area. No more cuffs looking like they’ve fallen out with my wrists. No more coming untucked when I bend over. Thank you for excellent service. I look forward to designing my next purchase.

I have shopped with Bivolino for about 8 or 9 years, having found them on the internet via google. My husband's shirts were poor quality and ill-fitting from most shirt manufacturers, even Marks & Spencers bespoke service couldn't offer the choice of lovely fabrics for all seasons that Bivolino has. The fit obviously is amazing, the attention to every detail is excellent and the wide range of fabric prices means that a bespoke shirt can fit into every budget. The fabrics can fit into every occasion. The quality of Bivolino's shirts lasts and lasts so is also great value, you'll need to order more designs as you'll start to get bored with the same ones never wearing out!

I placed a custom order with all my measurements. I was a bit sceptical I must admit, especially when they said they would calculate the fit from my heigh and weight. But it is absolutely perfect. Never had a shirt that fits so well in the arms, body and waist. Thank you!
