All is good, however my last order took way too long to arrive, so I had to cancel it. Got a refund instantly, though
- Strengths
- Variety of choice, great alternative to our local wake gear retailers
- Improvements or suggestions
- Perhaps more updates for orders that are already late (why, where, when), because the tag keeps showing initial delivery time even though it's almost a month late

I'm a bit torn between giving this a 1 star and a 5 star rate. Why? I ordered the Hyperlite Shim 4.7 2021 but ended up receiving the Hyperlite Shim 2022. - Did I receive an upgrade for the same price? Yes, indeed - Is it the one I wanted? Certainly not. I would've appreciated if they would've checked with me first, knowing that the Shim 2021 was sold out, instead they opted to send me the 2022 without my letting me know. Will probably try to re-sell the board, unfortunately. Although, it has to be said that the support was excellent.
