Great, fast and easy. I saw a fireback you had sold to the owner of a home in Dayton, Ohio that was renovated for a tour with Dayton Philharmonic Womens' Group. I fell in love with it and located your company on the internet. We are remodeling our 1870 home kitchen Will send pictures once the fireback is installed.

I can not recommend Charles Nijman enough. My fireback arrived safe and sound and is as beautiful as was pictured online. I want to personally thank Charles who reached out personally to share additional information about the history of my piece. Wonderful and unique products. I've ordered 2 firebacks for my kitchen backsplash and will order more in the future for my actual fireplaces that are yet to be built in Montana. Its so great to have something from Europe in the U.S.

Great website experience! Very well laid out and easy to find and select with regard to size and style etc. clear images ! Have a nice brand story and clearly show you are expert in firebacks!

Your USP isnt very clear ! You are so much cheaper than British people selling your product and quality is amazing and the fireback came super clean! Also, make clear how cheap shipping is - I was nearly put off buying from you as a foreign citizen because I was worried how expensive shipping cost would be given weight of product ! When it transpired how much it was I was impressed ! Also maybe more info where the product came from originally nice to have more back story and personalize it a bit !: Strengths
