Very accommodating and professional

We are a U.S. based company and we first saw Outstanding's product at the Glamping Summit. At the time, we hadn't planned to purchase that type of product but later when the need arised, we recalled their company and got in touch to learn more. Since all of our real discussions about purchasing the product was done virtually, it did take some time for us to figure out all the details and get all our questions answered in order to make our decision on a large purchase such as this. Jason is the representative who worked directly with us from day one and his customer service is excellent. The timing of our purchase overlapped with the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, which complicated things further. However, the Outstanding team (Jason in particular) were incredibly patient and helpful in creating solutions that allowed us to proceed with our order. As making a large overseas purchase is something new for us, we had a bit of hesitation at certain steps in the process, but the Outstanding team went above and beyond to mitigate any concerns we may have had. And now to the product. Excellent quality and craftsmanship. We have had them installed for less than a year, but they have withstood some intense wind, rain, and snowstorms already and have held up nicely. We are very happy with their product and plan to work with them more to increase our inventory down the line. We highly recommend their product and their company based on our experience of working with them and utilizing their tents.

De showroom bracht ons op het idee dat we ook een tent konden gebruiken voor ons eco project in Spanje. Goed contact met Remco en zijn adviezen tijdens de aankoop en vlak voor de zelf uitgevoerde opbouw in juni maakte alles veel makkelijker. Fijn dat de tent nog even langer kon blijven liggen bij jullie ivp de Covid-19 lockdown in het voorjaar. Sjef

Purchased 5 cottage safari tents

De service voorafgaande en tijdens de aankoop van de tent was uitstekend. De safaritent was prima op te zetten al zouden een aantal kleine verbeteringen de tent eenvoudiger op te zetten zijn zoals in mijn geval met 1 persoon. Mijn ervaring met de tent is na meerdere seizoenen goed. Constructief heeft de tent niet kunnen voldoen aan de Noorse winters en vertoond schade aan de draagconstructie , ondanks dubbele staanders/liggers. De paal schroeven zijn te zwak en de houtdraadbouten van de gegalvaniseerde kruisingen zitten op de verkeerde plaats om optimale stijfheid te kunnen garanderen voor de dakliggers. Dit jaar verhuizen we de tent naar de bergen van de provincie West Telemark. Spannend hoe dat gaat worden met 6 maanden sneeuw. Groet Hans Willemsen, Spydeberg Noorwegen.
