My experience was a nice one. Excellent customer service, very responsive, friendly and proactive. The received products were a bit of a lower quality than I expected, but still good. For example, the brushes lose hair when usingt them and the wooden boxes had remaining sawdust inside.

Excellent service. For Saphir products, prices are a 10-30 cts higher than in other shops, but you have a very large selection of products to choose from -not only for shoes. Also, they have a very quick and effective After Sales Service (My helper: Peter de Jongh de Leeuw)
