I was very pleased with the service and quality of my chosen wallpaper. I was a bit concerned when after eight days I had not received a dispatch notification. I emailed the support team (on a Sunday) and I got a response nearly straight away, explaining there was a delay with the supplier. This helped to put my mind at ease. The customer support received was great.

YOUR AFTER-SALES SUPPORT WAS RUDE AND UNHELPFUL & CLAIMING DELIVERY IS FREE IS DISHONEST. YOU ALSO PUT INACCURATE DETAILS ON THE CUSTOMS SLIP SO WE WERE CHARGED MORE TAX THAN WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN. WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN.

Lovely wallpaper but not a UK based company; I had to pay two lots of custom charges amounting to £84!! Can’t justify using them again...no where in the transaction did it advise me this would be the case. I would love to hear the company’s position on this.
